Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered from reception in person, by fax on 664173, Ordering Online or by post, using the pre-printed order form on the right hand side of your prescription, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the prescription to be posted to you.

Prescriptions are normally ready for collection after 4pm the next working day. Please mark clearly with a tick only those items that you require. To reduce errors, we are unable to take prescription requests by telephone.

Ordering your repeat prescription via the internet

Please note that your repeat prescription order will be transmitted to us as an e-mail message. It will not be encrypted. Please do not use this method unless you are happy with all of these aspects.
